Sponsor a Child - $360 US Annual Full Payment

The cost to sponsor a family is a minimum of US$50.00 per month (US$1.66 per day – the equivalent of half a cup of Starbucks coffee) and the cost to sponsor a child is US$30.00 per month (US$1.00 per day- the equivalent of a can of coke). View details at http://globaltamilforum.org/gtf/content/idp

Payments can be made in full or monthly in 12 installments. However, as you can appreciate, the cost for monthly processing adds to the admin cost and resources and hence we have provided this one-time payment option. Receipts will be sent to the sponsor's mailing address by the NGOs/orphanages.

The role of the sponsor is to provide financial assistance to enable the child or family to receive food, clothing, medicine and education. The sponsor is not an adoptive parent, neither has claim over the child, but will sponsor purely on a humanitarian basis. It is recommended that a sponsor will continue to support the child or family until they are self-sufficient or at least 12 months.

This project is managed by a dedicated team of volunteers and there are no administration fees from Global Tamil Forum. For online transactions, Paypal charges 3.9% + 30p for each transaction and that has been taken into account for payments.
